So I have been having horrendous lower back pain, It was also brought to my attention I have scoliosis, I decided I needed some support and order this product. Day 2 and while wearing the brace my lower back does not hurt at all. I am walking normal and I’m sitting more comfortably. As soon as the brace is off my lower back hurts but the support and comfort is great. I wear it under my work clothes and no one notices and I work in a corporate industry. I did get cramping in my top half of the back at first but this is the muscles sitting back in a natural position that originally have been getting stretched in an unnatural way. So happy and look forward to getting back to weight training soon with correct posture.
