Simple to use

My first machine. Has 7 programs for different parts of the body. Bought it to help with back pain from slipped discs. Purchased the back pack so I can walk around while it's working. Feel like it helps!

This is my first TENS machine, so I can't compare with other models, but I found it easy to set-up and use. I've tried it on arms, shoulders, wrists, lower back, hips and feet. The feet pads are quite addictive. The whole TENS machine is actually. Written instructions are useful, I haven't gone through the DVD yet. The only difficulty I had was knowing when the unit is charged, apparently the green charging light gets dimmer when fully charged. I'm unable to tell the difference (I probably need glasses). The light colour changing from charging to fully charged would be more useful.
